Management: Includes executives and managers who oversee the team, set goals and strategies, and make decisions about HearFIT’s direction.
Marketing: Is responsible for promoting HearFIT and its products through various channels, such as email marketing, social media, influencers and search engine optimization.
Sales: Focuses on driving sales on the website, managing customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities.
Product Management: Oversees the development and management of our product portfolio. The team also works with multiple clinicians and sets criteria if the product fits under the Responsible Hearing umbrella. This team is responsible for the quality control of our product portfolio.
UX/UI Design: Is responsible for creating the portal's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), ensuring that the portal is easy to navigate and visually appealing.
Development: Includes web developers and engineers who build and maintain the portal’s infrastructure, including its front-end and back-end systems.
Customer Service: Responsible for providing client support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and handling returns and refunds.
Operations: Oversees the logistics of the e-commerce business, including shipping and fulfillment, order processing, and inventory management.
