Most orders are shipped within 1–2 full business days of order submission (excluding weekends/holidays) and will be delivered at the destination within 10 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships. The email will include the following information:

• Shipment date
• Estimated delivery date
• Number of packages in your shipment

If you do not receive delivery of your order by the expected delivery date, please contact us to determine the reason for delay in delivery.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We use ICS Courier and Canada Post as our standard shipping methods for all over Canada.
Note: Shipments for large orders (as described by shipping carrier) may ship by freight and/or may qualify for lower shipping costs. Shipping transit times and delivery times will vary on freight shipments. Should we find a lower shipping cost for your order or find it necessary to ship your order by a freight carrier, we will contact you with shipping details prior to capturing final payment for your order.
We do not ship outside Canada.
Delivery Time
Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:
1. “Availability”. Every product detail’s page will show a value similar to “Usually Ships in 2-3 days”. It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The “Availability” value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the “Availability” timeframe, but please do not count on that.
2. The method of delivery – our shipping methods are either ICS Courier or Canada Post. The delivery dates and times are dependent on both these carriers and we will ensure to process and ship all order within 10 business days.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
Order Delivery
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you notice a problem with your order so we can promptly make any needed corrections.
Order errors reported within 14 days of the delivery date will be corrected with no questions asked; order errors reported beyond 14 days of the delivery date will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Undeliverable or Refused Orders
Orders with an undeliverable address or a refused delivery are subject to additional charges.

I have owned the Quieton 3.1 for a couple of years and I recently bought the Quieton 4, so I have a basis for comparison.
The difference is considerable and everything I hoped it would be.
My wife snores and the Quieton 3.1 was not really very effective. I had to use a white noise machine in addition to the Quieton 3.1 to block out the sound.
While I don’t suspect anything can completely block the sound of snoring, the Quieton 4 comes extremely close. Let’s put it this way, I’m rarely woken by her snoring now and when I am it’s faintly audible by comparison.
The new foam tips for the Quieton 4 are 100X better than the ones for the Quieton 3.1. They let me control the position of the earbuds much better.
My only advise to anyone using the Quieton 4, is to make sure the axis of the speaker that fits in your ear is aligned with the ear canal, so the active noise cancelling output is directed straight into your ear drum. It makes a world of difference if the sound is properly aimed.
As a bonus, I’m finding I get a better night’s sleep even when she’s not snoring. I live in a busy downtown and I’m blissfully unaware of street noise in the morning.
Frankly, I can’t recall the last time I was happier with a purchase.
