This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which purchases made through, our website or any other marketplace where the product is sold, can be returned or refunded.

2. Return and Store credit Policy

a. Time Frame: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return.

b. Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

c. Non-Returnable Items: Yes, we have a 30-day return policy. However, due to strict hygiene precautions, we only accept returns of products that are inserted in ears for example earplugs where the packaging remains unopened. If the packaging has been opened, we are unable to accept the return. If you wish to return a product, please use the return address as mentioned below. When returning a product always mention your order number! If you have any questions regarding our return process, please contact our customer support for further assistance. Other products that cannot be returned are custom-made products, special orders, open box and items marked as “Final Sale”. Please check the product description carefully before making a purchase.

3. Store Credit or Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Store credit or Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, HearFIT will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, you will be issued a store credit or in limited cases and at the discretion of manager in charge the refund equivalent to only the product cost (shipping charges are nonrefundable) will be processed to your original method of payment.

b. Processing Time: Refunds typically take about 30 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

c. Partial refunds, restocking fees and deductibles: A restocking fee or deductible of 30% to 50% of the product price is deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of processing returns, Partial refunds are granted, in case of defective, different or damaged product returned. missing the return window, or product usage, items not in their original condition, no valid reason to return etc.

4. Exchange Policy

a. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for an exchange.

b. Exchange Process: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be offered.

5. Shipping for Returns

a. Customer’s Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

b. Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please ensure you have purchased an adequate insurance coverage.

6. Deductible

a. Deductible Fee:  If you return the item that was opened, used, damaged, missing parts, or if it gets damaged during return shipping, the seller may deduct minimum 30% and maximum 100% from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.
